HOA Dues
Greetings, all,
This is a friendly reminder regarding homeowners dues. One of the most difficult responsibilities of the HOA board is making sure everyone is up-to-date with regard to their annual dues. They are due on October 1st of each year and currently $100. These dues are important to maintaining the HOA budget, which is needed for taking care of the common areas, providing for neighborhood clean ups, and other projects. Payments may be mailed to Rainbow Lakes West Third Addition HOA, 126 S. Forestview St., Wichita, KS 67235. We appreciate your time and attention to this matter. Thanks.
Missing Gas Can
If anyone finds a red 5 gallon gas can with a VP racing logo on the side, please contact Ron Daman at 127 N. Forestview. It went missing, either stolen or blown away. Thanks.

2015 Annual Meeting
The 2015 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 19th, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Fire Station #21 (135th St. W. and 21st St. N.). All homeowners are invited and strongly encouraged to attend. Please see the below documents which will detail more information about the meeting, the agenda, proxy voting, and the budget. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
