2016 Annual Meeting

The 2016 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 17th, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Fire Station #21 (135th St. W. and 21st St. N.). All homeowners are invited and strongly encouraged to attend. Please see the below documents which will detail more information about the meeting, the agenda, proxy voting, and the budget. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

As a reminder, the annual dues of $100 are due by October 1st, 2016.

Neighborhood Development

At the last annual HOA meeting, a number of homeowners had expressed interest in seeing new development and amenities for the neighborhood. Neighborhood playgrounds, pools, and other developments, in addition to providing recreational benefits, can increase property values for existing homeowners and make a neighborhood more desirable for future homebuyers. Based upon the discussion at the meeting, a special committee was formed to research potential options for development. The Development Committee has now put together a very short survey to get feedback on areas of improvement and how to prioritize them. The survey is only a tool to gage interests, as if any such projects were to be actually be considered, it would require formal approval at a duly called HOA meeting.
