HOA Dues

Greetings, all,

This is a friendly reminder regarding homeowners dues. One of the most difficult responsibilities of the HOA board is making sure everyone is up-to-date with regard to their annual dues. They are due on October 1st of each year and currently $100. These dues are important to maintaining the HOA budget, which is needed for taking care of the common areas, providing for neighborhood clean ups, and other projects. Payments may be mailed to Rainbow Lakes West Third Addition HOA, 126 S. Forestview St., Wichita, KS 67235. We appreciate your time and attention to this matter. Thanks.

MKEC Report – Lake Assessment

At the end of April, the board had voted to hire MKEC, an engineering consulting company, to investigate and assess our lake due to a concern with the low water level and its apparent inability to maintain a reasonable level. Attached is the initial report. We’re continuing to monitor the situation, and specifically the water level to see how quickly it falls after all the recent rainfall.
