As stated in the covenants, “no residence or other improvements as herein defined shall be erected, placed or altered on any premises on said property until the building or other improvement plans…have been submitted to and approved in writing as to the conformity and harmony of external design”. Any design must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), who will then review and approve or reject said design. While this may seem restrictive, it is intended to protect and preserve the value and appearance of the HOA neighborhood. You may use the Contact Us page to email the ACC.
The ACC has approved the roofing materials listed below. Please remember, regardless of the material being considered, you will need to obtain approval from the ACC by submitting your contractor’s estimate. This has always been the requirement. If you are proposing a material not on the above list, please also provide a sample of the product and an address where the product is installed.
