The meeting was called to order at 7:00PM by President Michael Ball.

Zone 1 report:
Agnes reported that the Kerschen residence/former fire station is for sale.
There was some digging in the HOA common area – apparently, they were looking for a missing pipeline.
New Business:
Lynn suggested that we hold off in scheduling a special meeting until we have a better handle and more current estimates of the budget for our various projects. Motion passed.
Kayla will try to schedule a meeting with Twin Rivers – either her individually or including one or more Board members.
We discussed the recent inspection report and are still finding questionable violations. Teresa volunteered to review the reports and approve those violations that were worth follow-up letters. Motion passed.
By email – the Board appointed Brad Sweet to be the new Zone 2 Rep. A majority of the Board replied in affirmative by email.
